Han cambiado los perfiles y flujos migratorios, encontramos una mayor feminizaci\u00f3n de la migraci\u00f3n y creciente violencia en el tr\u00e1nsito de migrantes, ello sumado a los retos de salud mental y uso creciente de sustancias, entre otros, revelan las profundas inequidades en el acceso a los cuidados a la salud.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La evidencia cient\u00edfica debe guiar la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica identificando buenas pr\u00e1cticas y recursos de atenci\u00f3n. Ello en un contexto de multiplicidad institucional y atenci\u00f3n segmentada.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
